Scope and Contents of the Records

This collection contains records of the Clark's exhibitions from 1994 to 2010. Records include checklists, planning and research materials, related events, ephemera, press materials, and photography. The exhibitions Sugaring Off (2004), Medieval Mystery (2004-2005), The Clark Brothers Collect (2006), and Dove/O’Keeffe (2009) are notable due to their large amount of research materials.

Custodial History

Most of the material dating from 2008 and earlier was separated from other collections according to the 2008 records management policy. Additional records were transferred from other departments.

Processing Information

This collection is organized by exhibition and placed in acid-free folders and boxes. All known exhibitions have been assigned a box number to account for potential future accruals of material.
