Abstract
This collection contains 24 original Tadao Ando conceptual and design drawings of the Lunder Center at Stone Hill; the Clark Center (also referred to as the Visitor, Exhibition, and Conference Center), and the later-named Conforti Pavilion. Two oversized framed Tadao Ando Drawings of the Clark Center are housed with the Curatorial Department. Also included in this collection are four photographs of Clark Art Institute grounds taken by Nick Whitman.
Arrangement of the Records
The series is arranged according to order on the certificate of transfer.
Custodial History
These records were housed in the Curatorial Office until their transfer to the Clark's Archives in April, 2012.
Acquisition Information
These records were transfered from the Curatorial Department by Jennifer Harr in April 2012; two framed Tadao Ando drawings remain in the possession of the Curatorial Department.
Physical Description
24 conceptual and design drawings by Tadao Ando of the Lunder Center Stone Hill and the Clark Center, 2 large framed Tadao Ando drawings of the VECC and 4 photographs of the Clark grounds by Nick Whitman.
Processing Information
The drawings were interleaved with tissue paper and housed in acid-free folders. The finding aid was written in 2012.
