Arrangement Note

Architectural drawings are arranged by building (Museum, Manton, etc.), by type (conformed sets, bid sets, etc.), and by size -- drawings were re-housed according to their size and therefore according to what size container they could fit inside. Larger-scale drawings, for the most part, are kept in a flat filing cabinet in the North Court storage room -- the cabinet consists of 20 drawers labeled D-1 through D-20. Drawers D-1 to D-16 and D-20 house drawings (and other material) pertaining to this collection. Drawers D-17 to D-19 contain drawings from these collections: CAI.ARC.2017.03 and CAI.ARC.2017.02, respectively. The rest of the drawings are housed in either boxes or poster tubes, all of which have corresponding box numbers.
